Terms & Conditions for Premier Property Cleaning

1. Services

Premier Property Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in our service descriptions. The specific services included in your cleaning will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

Service Adjustments: Occasionally, services may overlap, or a previous service might take longer than expected. In such cases, we will apply a 10% discount off the total price as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused. 

 

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a $20 deposit, which will be deducted from the total service amount at the time of service. 

 

Payment Terms: Payment for one-time services is due upon completion.

Recurring services will be invoiced on a schedule agreed upon during booking.

Methods of Payment: We accept cash, bank transfers, checks made out to Premier Property Cleaning LLC, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning date will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property (e.g., locked out, no one home), a cancellation fee of $35 will apply, and the cleaning will need to be rescheduled.

4. Late Payment Policy

 Payment Due Date: Payment is required at the time of service.

Late Fee: If payment is not available at the time of service, the appointment must be rescheduled. Late payments are not accepted.

 

5. Service Limitations

Safety: Our cleaning team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, such as exposure to hazardous materials or environments.

Property Damage: Premier Property Cleaning will not be responsible for pre-existing damages.
